UI/UX Product Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who combines strong product design skills with active usage of AI tools in everyday work to join our team.
We provide consulting and full-cycle software product development services. In this role, you will work on digital products of different scales, create user-centered design solutions, and use AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Independently own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user research to final UI and development handoff;
• Conduct user research using interviews, community insights, product analytics, and competitor analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities;
• Think beyond individual screens, focusing on user journeys, information architecture, and end-to-end product experiences;
• Validate design hypotheses through usability testing, user feedback, and data analysis, continuously improving solutions based on findings;
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design iterations;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned with product goals, and implementation-ready;
• Build reusable components, patterns, and design systems within projects to increase speed and consistency;
• Present and justify design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams, including explaining AI-assisted decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) for SaaS, web, or enterprise applications;
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong experience in both UX and UI design;
• Strong UX skills: user flows, usability, readability, visual hierarchy, information architecture, and product thinking;
• User Research: Ability to select and apply research methods, including interviews, community research, analytics review, journey mapping, and competitor analysis;
• Testing & Optimization: Ability to test and refine design solutions based on user feedback;
• Feature Discovery: Ability to identify user needs and approach solutions from a product and user perspective, beyond just UI design;
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline work;
• Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs (UX and UI);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
• Ability to travel internationally for individual client meetings.

System & execution

• Ability to work autonomously without predefined processes;
• Experience creating reusable components or lightweight design systems within projects;
• Understanding of frontend constraints (components, states, responsiveness).

Communication

• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain design decisions;
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or chat-based interfaces;
• Experience with tools like Relume, Galileo AI, Uizard, Framer, DALL·E, etc.;
• Experience working with Figma plugins for AI-assisted design;
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or no-code/low-code tools;
• Mentoring and leading experience.
