You’ll work on diverse projects across industries, often starting from scratch – running discovery, scoping MVPs, and shaping solutions before a single line of code is written. If you’re comfortable jumping into unfamiliar domains and see AI as a core part of how you deliver value as a BA, we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities:
- Define business problems and key project objectives; gather, analyze, and validate business requirements that come from the presale team;
- Analyze and model business processes and workflows, capturing functional requirements (BPMN/UML);
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and minimizing risks;
- Evaluate and propose software solutions based on customer needs and business value;
- Create and maintain project documentation: PRDs, functional specs, acceptance criteria, NFRs, traceability matrix, etc.;
- Prototyping if needed;
- Lead requirements walkthroughs and UAT, ensuring client sign-off;
- Use AI tools across the BA lifecycle to speed up research, documentation, requirements analysis, and process modeling;
- Kick off new projects from scratch (discovery, MVP scoping) and participate in presales activities.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role, with proven end-to-end project lifecycle experience (from initiation to release and support);
- Hands-on experience launching projects from zero — discovery phase, MVP definition, and scoping for new engagements;
- Proven experience in presales: solution proposals, estimations, client meetings, supporting business development;
- Ability to quickly get up to speed in new and unfamiliar business domains;
- Practical experience using AI tools across the business analysis lifecycle — requirements gathering, documentation, process modeling, research, and specification writing;
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements, and writing product specifications and functional documentation;
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), with knowledge of BPMN and UML modeling;
- Experience in prototyping and designing user experience flows;
- Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in environments with high uncertainty;
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization;
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and travel internationally for individual client meetings.
