Facilitron® is a comprehensive marketplace and management system for community spaces, assisting public space proprietors such as municipalities and educational institutions in streamlining the administration of maintenance, scheduling, and the complete facility rental process within a single platform.

Problem

Facilitron is a platform that fosters cooperation between facility owners and individuals or businesses seeking to rent spaces for diverse events. Facilitron staff must compile detailed property data and capture numerous images to supply potential tenants with extensive information about the venue.

Until now, this procedure has entailed various manual tasks, including capturing images with a phone, transferring them to cloud storage, processing the pictures, renaming the files, and ultimately uploading them individually to each respective institution. Consequently, the client has opted to streamline this process by employing an application to automate these steps.

Role of PMO

Our PMO oversees the full-cycle project development, team, time and documentation management, communication with the customer, and resource management at the Facilitron app development.

During Phase 1, our team has developed a mobile solution for Facilitron that simplifies image management. The application features basic image enhancement capabilities, geolocation tracking, offline functionality and syncing, and seamless backend connectivity. Furthermore, our team has ensured optimal performance through the implementation of backend APIs.

User Profile Management

This Facilitron's app function offers users secure access to their personal profile and account information via a secure login system, with the option to edit and update their information at any time. Additionally, users can recover lost or forgotten passwords for their accounts. The profile view feature displays a user's personal information and phone number.

Organizations Management

The Organizations feature in Facilitron provides a comprehensive view of parent and subsidiary entities, as well as the ability to access and review critical information about a specific organization. Additionally, users can create or update child organizations and customize the organization image for a visually appealing and professional appearance.

Facility Management

Facilitron's app facility management capabilities offer users a comprehensive overview of all available facilities, complete with attributes such as rental rates and amenities. Users can upload and edit facility images, improving the visual appeal of their organization and the experience of their customers.

The function enables users to search organizations or facilities and filter and refine their queries easily and precisely, resulting in a better user experience and streamlined access to information.

The feature allows the transfer of images between devices or servers, ensuring that all images taken or uploaded on a device are consistent and up-to-date across all connected devices or servers, even when offline.
