  • Search for candidates using different approaches;
  • Evaluate candidates’ resumes according to job requirements and assess candidates’ skills and technical abilities through detailed interviews;
  • Search for freelancers and engage them with new projects;
  • Understand the specifics of the company clients, their fields of activity, their services and products;
  • Use the database of candidates to select the right person to match with the client’s vacancy and cooperate with partner companies;


  • 1+ years of experience in Recruiting;
  • Knowledge of a variety of recruitment sourcing strategies including job campaigns/fairs, applicant tracking system, Internet job boards and social networking and employer branding, help build the qualified candidate pool for positions;
  • The ability to target qualified candidates and screen resumes identifying potential matches;
  • Good communication skills, a compelling, clear communicator who is able to engage the attention of candidates for our positions;
  • English level intermediate+.
