Middle Lead Generation Specialist

Relevant Software is a full-cycle digital product development company. For 10 years on the market, we have delivered more than 200 projects in industries like FinTech, PropTech, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, and Media.

We are looking for an active, motivated and result-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team to execute the lead generation process. You will be responsible for outbound strategy creation and execution, communication with potential leads, work with sales objections and lead nurturing process.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential leads on LinkedIn and other sources;
• Analyze IT job descriptions on companies’ websites;
• Send messages (LinkedIn/E-mail), engage and qualify leads;
• Execute proper company introduction during business correspondence via LinkedIn/E-mail;
• Follow leads regularly;
• Set up intro calls with Sales Executive;
• Create notes after the intro calls;
• Maintain data in CRM.

Required Skills & Capabilities

• 2+ years of work experience in Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative position with strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry and the proven track record;
• Strong and professional communication skills – written (required), verbal (nice to have), presentation;
• Upper intermediate English;
• Experience with business correspondence;
• Excel – basic;
• Basic IT market knowledge;
• Result oriented and persistent;
• Competitive hard worker;

• Self-organized.
